What we need from you:
As notaries, we are required by our professional regulatory body to keep accurate records and to identify our client. Please do not be surprised when we ask you for proof of identity and proof of address.
If you require documents such as powers of attorney, affidavits or declarations, it helps (and it is more cost effective) if you have a draft provided to you by your lawyer or notary from the foreign jurisdiction it is intended for. If you don’t have this, we can draft it to your specifications.
